What we collect
When you request a free quote through the form on this website, we collect:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your property address
- The services you are interested in and how often you would like service
- Anything you write in the message box
When you contact us by phone, text, email, or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation. That can include your address and photos of your lawn that you send us so we can price your job.
When you become a customer, we also keep service and billing records, such as your visit history and invoices.
How we use it
We use your information only to run our business and serve you:
- To reply to your request and prepare your quote
- To schedule and complete your service
- To send invoices and payment confirmations
- To follow up about a quote we sent or work we completed
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked to hear from us.
How your quote request reaches us
The quote form on this website is delivered to our business email inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. Your details pass through that service only so the form can reach us.
The map on our contact page
Our contact page shows an embedded map provided by Google Maps. If you interact with that map, Google may collect information under Google’s own privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies to track you, and it does not run advertising or analytics trackers.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where it is needed to serve you, for example with the scheduling and invoicing tools we use to manage customer jobs, or where the law requires us to share it. We do not share it for any other reason.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we have your service history and the business records we are required to keep. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time, except for records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Call, text, or email us and we will take care of it.
